David Weekley Homes will soon begin building new homes in The Preserve at Laurelton.

Jacksonville, FL (March 17, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, released floor plans for the upcoming community of The Preserve at Laurelton in Green Cove Springs in Clay County, FL.

In The Preserve at Laurelton - The Canopy Collection, buyers will be able to select from six floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,530 to 3,025 square feet. These one- and two-story homes feature three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, up to one half bath, and two- to three-car garages.

The Preserve at Laurelton - The Haven Collection will offer seven floor plans ranging from approximately 2,380 to 3,500 square feet of living space. In this section, these one- and two-story homes will showcase four to five bedrooms, three to four full baths, and three- to four-car garages.

Once open, homeowners in The Preserve at Laurelton will have access to community-wide amenities including an open-air event barn, pickleball courts, splash pad, playgrounds, and passive chipping and putting green. Additionally, homeowners in The Preserve at Laurelton will also have access to an amenity provided by the builder.
