Springfield, Illinois (January 17, 2025) - BRANDT, a leading agriculture retailer and manufacturer of specialty crop inputs, has added three new sales leaders to its Midwest team: Brandon Shankle, John Drury and Phil Healey. Together, they bring decades of experience and expertise to support BRANDT's mission of delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to farmers across the U.S.
Brandon Shankle has been named territory sales manager for the state of Iowa. An industry veteran, Shankle brings experience in sales and operations with a customer-first approach to servicing his territory. Formerly with Landus and will report to Brad Engel.
John Drury steps into the role of territory sales manager for Illinois where he will work with BRANDT Agronomic Services and other Specialty Formulations' customers. Drury brings extensive knowledge and energy from his experience at BRANDT's sister company, Talc USA, which BRANDT acquired in 2021. Drury's familiarity with BRANDT products and his hands-on experience with growers and distributors uniquely position him to excel in this role. Drury will report to Brad Engel.
Phil Healey joins BRANDT as the new Eastern Corn Belt Key Account Manager. In this newly created position, Healey will focus on supporting strategic customer relationships and targeting new business growth opportunities. He has over 20 years of account management and sales leadership experience; he was most recently at WinField. Healey will report to Adam Ivey, Senior Director of BRANDT Specialty Formulations - AG.
