Dechert Partners Vincent Cohen and Christina Sarchio Named to Forbes 2025 America’s Top Lawyers List

Dechert LLP partners Vincent Cohen and Christina Sarchio have once again been recognized by Forbes, this time in its 2025 edition of America's Top Lawyers, a list that honors 250 attorneys across the country for their exceptional legal acumen, leadership and standing among peers and clients. The recognition follows their inclusion in the inaugural 2024 list, which spotlighted 200 lawyers nationwide.

Global managing partner Vincent Cohen plays a key role in shaping Dechert's strategic direction and advancing its focus on client service, innovation and diversity. Since joining the leadership team in July 2023, Mr. Cohen has helped guide the firm's global priorities while continuing to serve as regional chair of Dechert's U.S. white collar group. He is also a member of the firm's Policy Committee, a body of 14 elected partners overseeing firmwide management. A former acting U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, Mr. Cohen represents individuals and corporations in high-stakes litigation, investigations and enforcement matters, regularly appearing before the DOJ, SEC and other regulatory agencies.

Litigation partner Christina Sarchio focuses her practice on commercial litigation, class actions and white collar defense, with deep experience across industries including consumer products, financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, technology and sports. A former prosecutor and seasoned trial lawyer, Ms. Sarchio has successfully tried cases in federal and state courts and frequently appears before agencies such as the DOJ, SEC and FDA. She leads Dechert's global talent strategy and previously chaired the firm's Global Women's Initiative. Currently serving as President of the Hispanic National Bar Association, which represents more than 78,000 Hispanic legal professionals, Ms. Sarchio has long been recognized for her leadership, innovation and dedication to pro bono service.
