Venture One Acquires 59,611 Square Foot Multi-Tenant Industrial Building In Mundelein, Illinois
Rosemont, IL - June 2, 2026 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VII, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 59,611 square foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 1150-1170 Allanson Road in Mundelein, Illinois. The multi-tenant property was 100% leased at closing.
The building was constructed in 1977 and is currently demised into three units. It features four docks, two drive-in doors, and has parking for over 91 cars.
Jeff Devine and Tyler Ziebel of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
