The City of Clayton is requesting Letters of Interest for Construction Inspection and Construction Administration services for the installation of new sidewalk, ADA ramp, Curb and gutter, storm sewer and street lighting improvements of Main Street (SR 48) from Heathcliff Road to Hillgrove Avenue. Project length is approximately 0.47 miles.

The project shall be completed in accordance with current Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and City of Clayton standards. Consultants wishing to provide Services for the City of Clayton shall submit three (3) copies of their letter of interest to the Office of the City Manager. All such submittals shall be prepared and presented at the consultant's expense.

Qualifications for the City of Clayton's MOT- SR 48 20.61 Pedestrian Improvements will be received at the City of Clayton Government Center, 6996 Taywood Avenue, Clayton, Ohio 45315, until 2:00 p.m. on Friday January 23, 2026

The information package contains a detailed scope of work, required response contents, project schedule, and the time and date to respond.

During the time period between advertisement and the announcement of the consultant selection, the City of Clayton staff will not communicate with consultants (or their agents) regarding the status of the selection process, or entertain any communications related to marketing, etc. When completed, a letter will be sent announcing the selection.
