TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - I-95/Rt 896 Interchange Upcoming Closures
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists there will be daytime lane closures on southbound I-95 for concrete demolition (Mon. - Wed.). There will be overnight southbound I-95 multi-lane closures (Sun. - Thu.) and EZPass/Cash Lane closures (Sun. and Thu.) for milling and paving. There will be overnight ramp closures on southbound I-95 for paving (Mon. - Wed.). There will be overnight multi-lane closures on northbound I-95 for barrier removal and pavement striping (Sun. - Thu.) with EZPass Lane closures (Wed. - Thu.). There will be overnight lane closures on northbound and southbound SR 896 for manhole adjustments (Sun. - Thu.)

· Monday, May 18th through Wednesday, May 20th: Overnight Ramp Closures, Southbound I-95 Off-ramp to Northbound & Southbound Rt 896, (9PM - 5AM). Detours Posted.
· Sunday, May 17th through Thursday, May 21st: Overnight Multi-lane Closure, Southbound I-95, Welcome Center to the Toll Plaza
