Georgia DOT to Host Media Opportunity for B-Roll of Brine Preperations at GDOT Maintenance Activities Unit


WHAT: Georgia DOT will host a media availability at GDOT's Maintenance Activities Unit (MAU) to gather b-roll footage of brine preparations and report live ahead of this weekend's expected winter weather. GDOT's MAU is home to the state's largest brine operation, where hundreds of thousands of gallons are made and stored for road treatment before and during winter weather storms.

WHO: GDOT Spokesperson Natalie Dale will be available to comment on Georgia DOT's winter weather preparedness and the anticipated impact to travel in the region.
