City of Henderson to Offer Residents Utility Service Line Protection Plans

The City of Henderson has contracted with HomeServe's Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA), a trusted third-party provider, to offer optional water and sewer service line repair plans to Henderson residents.

Certain portions of water and sewer lines located on private property are the homeowner's responsibility to maintain and repair. While these systems typically provide years of reliable service, leaks, blockages and other issues can result in costly repairs that standard homeowners' insurance often doesn't cover.

As part of the City's commitment to providing great customer service, Henderson residents can choose whether to participate in these optional plans, which are designed to help cover eligible plumbing repairs.

SLWA offers plans that can help homeowners manage the cost of eligible repairs to cover water and sewer lines. Protection plans for interior plumbing and drainage systems are also available. SLWA is an independent third-party provider and is not part of the City of Henderson.
