N. Andrews Avenue Asphalt Improvement Project

The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with FG Construction to resurface the road and apply new pavement markings along N. Andrews Avenue from W./E. Broward Boulevard to NW/NE 1st Street in Flagler Village. Construction will begin on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, and is expected to be completed by Friday, August 1, 2025. Work will take place overnight between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Traffic Impacts N. Andrews Avenue from W./E. Broward Boulevard to NW/NE 1st Street will be closed overnight on Wednesday, July 30 and Thursday, July 31, between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Southbound traffic on N. Andrews Avenue will be detoured to NW 1st Avenue. Northbound traffic on S. Andrews Avenue will be detoured to NE 3rd Avenue. Sidewalks in the area will remain open for pedestrian access.
