AIR FORCE

DATAMINR, Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $317,806,746 firm-fixed-price contract for A2 Publicly Available Information Alerting. This contract provides situational awareness, force protection, and indications and warnings on global events. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., and is expected to be completed by June 25, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and eight offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $46,503,485 are being obligated at the time of award. ARMY

Research Innovations Inc.,* Alexandria, Virginia, was awarded a $99,529,577 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement, delivery and sustainment of Dragonfly payload systems. Bids were solicited via the internet with 95 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 31, 2031. AECOM Technical Services Inc., Los Angeles, California, was awarded a $30,674,435 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for maintenance and support of the Remedial Action Cost Engineering and Requirements, and Parametric Automated Cost Engineering System software systems used for parametric cost estimating in environmental sustainment, management, remediation and facility projects. One bid was solicited with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 25, 2031. APEX Engineering PLLC,* Calvert City, Kentucky, was awarded a $16,220,928 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services to modernize the acid area tank farm at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. Three bids were solicited with three received. Work will be performed in Radford, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2028. Fiscal 2026 ammunition procurement, Army funds in the amount of $16,220,928 were obligated at the time of award. Army 419th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Drum, New York, is the contracting activity (W911S2-26-C-A004).

Torch Technologies, Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded an $11,998,386 modification (P00027) to contract W31P4Q-23-F-B002 for missile systems technical support. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 3, 2027. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Nippon Sanso Matheson Inc., Warren, New Jersey, has been awarded an estimated $38,188,622 fixed-price, requirements contract for aviator breathing oxygen, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and associated services. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. This is a four-year ten-month base contract with one six-month option period. Location of performance is California, with a June 30, 2031, performance completion date. Using military services are Air Force, Marine Corps, and Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2031 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas (SPE60126D1529).

CORRECTION: The contract announced on Aug. 21, 2026, for Mozaic Chapter NYSARC Inc.,* Waterloo, New York (SPE1C1-26-D-N021), for $9,860,808 was announced with an incorrect award date. The correct award date is Aug. 24, 2026. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

NAVY

Global Technology and Management Resources, Hollywood, Maryland, is awarded a $32,826,275 modification (P00010) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0042125F3003) against a previously issued SeaPort-NxG multiple award contract (N0017819D7718). This modification adds scope for technical and programmatic efforts to support PMA-290 Special Missions consisting of multiple Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting programs including, but not limited to, the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Force Family of Systems, P-8A Research and Development, Special Missions Platforms, Minotaur Family of Services, P-8A Increment 3, P-8A Foreign Military Sales, MQ-4C Triton Multiple Intelligence, Mobile Quick Look, ground and mission support stations, and future capabilities in support of the Navy and Marine Corps. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland (70%); Jacksonville, Florida (20%); and Whidbey Island, Washington (10%), and is expected to be completed in March 2027. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $636,164; and fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $521,592, will be obligated at the time of award. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Bell Textron Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded an $18,011,737 firm-fixed-price contract for the production and delivery of one AH-1Z helicopter flight training device for the Nigerian Air Force, to include an initial spares kit. Work will be performed in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (92%); and Fort Worth, Texas (8%), and is expected to be completed in January 2029. Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $18,011,737 will be obligated at the time of award. This contract was not competitively procured. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N6134026C1000).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Syracuse, New York, is awarded a $14,572,936 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification to a previously awarded delivery order (N00024-25-F-6260) under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00024-25-D-6211) for engineering support on new construction and in-service submarine electronic warfare systems. Work will be performed in Syracuse, New York, and is expected to be completed by February 2027. Fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $11,076,896 (76%); fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,051,625 (14%); fiscal 2024 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $883,412 (6%); and fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation in the amount of $561,003 (4%), will be obligated at the time of award, of which $883,412 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. BCG Federal Corp., Washington, D.C., is awarded $12,048,439 for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide advisory, analytical, technical and transformation management services to design, validate and execute a comprehensive enterprise campaign plan in support of Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). The contract will include a six-month base period of performance and three six-month option periods pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-9 which, if exercised, will bring the total estimated value of the contract to $39,073,599. The primary place of performance will be at NAVSUP Headquarters located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, though travel to other U.S. government facilities across the world for field research and embedded operations may be necessary based on the needs of NAVSUP. The base period of performance for the contract is anticipated to begin in August 2026 and continue through February 2027 and if all three six-month option periods are exercised - two of which would run concurrently - the period of performance would continue through February 2028. Fiscal 2026 Navy operation and maintenance (O&M) funds in the amount of $3,800,000 will be obligated at the time of award to fund the contract's base period of performance and will expire September 2026. Subsequent funds under the resultant contract will be funded with appropriate fiscal year O&M funds and those funds will expire at the end of the fiscal year in which they are issued. This contract was competitively procured through via the Department of War Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office's Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace utilizing the Defense Commercial Solutions Opening regulatory procedures under Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement subpart 212.70 with one offer received.
