The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 490 million shares, equivalent to 7% of the stocks of Eghtesad Novin Leasing Company was conducted at Tehran Securities Exchange on Monday, 21 st May 2025.
EN-Leasing Company was listed as the 619 th company, under the ticker of "VALE1" in the sector of "Financial leasing". The newly listed issuer was priced at IRR 2,429 per share through a price discovery method. It is worth mentioning that the number of participants in this offering was 1,239,450 and a maximum of 412 shares were allocated to each trading code.
