ADVISORY - HARRISBURG - ID Theft Awareness Week: AG Sunday Meeting with Older Pennsylvanians to Discuss the Past Year in Scams, How to Protect Themselves

WHAT:
Attorney General Dave Sunday joins AARP in marking Identity Theft Awareness Week with a presentation to older Pennsylvanians who are often targeted in scams.

Attorney General Sunday will provide information about the 2025 year in scams, including most common scam types, how many scams were reported, and how much money was lost.

Attorney General Sunday, AARP, and Director Shallcross will advise the audience on how they can defend themselves from identity thieves.
