Rodeo and Ponca City earn AFPM's highest safety honor
The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) recognized Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex and Ponca City Refinery with the Distinguished Safety Award-the organization's highest honor-while recognizing four additional Phillips 66 sites across multiple award categories.
