Join virtual information sessions for the HRMS upgrade

As previously announced, the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) upgrade is happening on April 27, 2026,and virtual information sessions are now available to help you hit the ground running. These sessions are essential, as HRMS is the system used to manage core aspects of the employee lifecycle, including leave, overtime, personal information, and approval processes.
Mandatory manager participation: All public service managers and military managers who manage public service employees are required to attend one manager session listed in the table below.
All public service employees are strongly encouraged to attend an upcoming virtual information session. Mark your calendars now!
These sessions will show you how to complete day-to-daytasks in the new system, clarify any changes that may affect your role, and give you the chance to ask questions directly with HRMS specialists in real time. Sessions are offered in both English and French.
If you are unable to attend, the sessions will be recorded and uploaded following the sessions to watch at your convenience.
