Media, public invited to hear results of Housing Needs Assessment

CLARKSVILLE, TN - Clarksville is growing - and so are our housing needs. To better understand these changes and prepare for the future, the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission (RPC), with support from Clarksville Neighborhood and Community Services, commissioned Bowen National Research to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment.

On Tuesday, July 29 at 4 p.m., Bowen will present the key findings and recommendations from this in-depth assessment, which explores:

  • An overview of Clarksville today,

  • Demographic and employment trends that are shaping housing needs,

  • A detailed analysis of the current housing market, including availability and affordability,

  • The impact of Fort Campbell and other factors influencing housing demand,

  • Identified housing gaps by income and ownership/rental status, and

  • Data-supported strategies to meet the needs of our growing community

We invite you to attend this important event. It is your opportunity to hear firsthand how Clarksville's housing market is evolving.

Together, we can take meaningful steps to ensure safe, affordable, and accessible housing for all. Whether you're a resident, business owner, housing provider, or community advocate, your voice and engagement matter.
