Transportation Impact Fee Modernized
As an early adopter of Transportation Impact Fees, Cranberry Township has been a trendsetter in maximizing the program to improve the community.
On June 5, the Board of Supervisors approved an update to the long-range Transportation Capital Improvement Plan as the Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee recommended.
The amendment revised the unit cost per trip and impact fee for new developments by combining the individual transportation services areas. It also updates and revises dated references within the ordinance.
