Governor Kehoe Announces Appointment to 24th Judicial Circuit …

Today, Governor Mike Kehoe announced a judicial appointment to the 24th Judicial Circuit.

Todd Smith, of Farmington, was appointed as the Associate Circuit Judge for St. Francois County in the 24th Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Smith is an attorney with Lauber Municipal Law. He previously served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Miller County. He earned his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School, his Master of Laws from the American University Washington College of Law, and his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Smith will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Joseph Murray III to the circuit bench.
