The Levitt AMP Cumberland Music Series returns to the Canal Place Festival Grounds in Cumberland every Thursday at 7 p.m., June 25-August 27, 2026. Launched in 2023, the free, family-friendly series brings diverse live music to the community, encouraging attendees to gather with blankets or chairs and enjoy a shared summer tradition.
The series is produced through a partnership between the Frostburg State University Cultural Events Series, Allegany Arts Council and Loft 129, with additional support from the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority and Allegany County ("The Mountain Side of Maryland"). Funding from Allegany County, the City of Cumberland and Frostburg State University sustains the series.

The series is supported in part by the Levitt Foundation, which funds over 900 free concerts annually in 90+ U.S. communities, alongside additional support from Allegany County, the City of Cumberland, Frostburg State University and the Cumberland Arts & Entertainment District.
