Official Visit of Prime Minister of New Zealand Christopher Luxon, 3 to 5 May 2026

Prime Minister of New Zealand Christopher Luxon will make an Official Visit to Singapore from 3 to 5 May 2026. The visit builds on the New Zealand-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, which was launched in October 2025.

On 4 May 2026, Prime Minister Luxon and Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong will hold the inaugural Annual Leaders' Meeting. The Leaders will witness the signing of the Agreement on Trade in Essential Supplies (AOTES) and hold a Joint Press Conference. Prime Minister Wong will also host lunch for Prime Minister Luxon. On 5 May 2026, Prime Minister Luxon will call on President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and meet with Speaker of Parliament Seah Kian Peng.

Both Prime Ministers will deliver remarks at the opening ceremony of Singapore-New Zealand Leadership Forum. Prime Minister Luxon will also visit ExxonMobil and JTC Corporation's Gallery in Jurong Island, Changi Naval Base and Gardens by the Bay.
