Meghan Lugo honored with LOVE Award for exemplifying Individualized Attention

From expertly managing the graduate assistant hiring process to remaining a trusted resource long after appointments are finalized, Lugo demonstrates an unwavering dedication to supporting both staff and students. Her willingness to step in-even when issues fall outside her official responsibilities-speaks volumes about her character and her commitment to creating a positive experience for all.

Lugo's approach to service is rooted in empathy and problem-solving. She treats every individual with respect and attentiveness, embodying the spirit of individualized care that defines Illinois State's values.
