03/10/2026 - Crews continue water repair at 4th Ave and Lybarger St

Lane Closures Continue at 4th Ave E and Lybarger Street
Work continues today, Tuesday March 10, in this area. The eastbound lane of 4th Ave E near Lybarger St is closed and all of Lybarger Street is closed with local access only allowed from State Ave. Water shut off's will occur throughout the day as needed to finish the repair. Use caution near the work zone and obey all traffic control.
