Paris-Dentons has advised Verdoso, a Paris-based investment management firm specializing in the support and development of high-potential companies, on its acquisition of Siradel from energy giant ENGIE.
Founded in Rennes in 1994, Siradel develops advanced modeling, 3D mapping, and spatial analysis solutions for telecommunications and urban planning, as well as decision-support software used by public and private stakeholders. With approximately 100 employees, the company helps clients turn geographic data into actionable insights for more efficient project and network development.
The transaction marks ENGIE's exit from Siradel, following its acquisition in 2016. The deal sets the stage for a new phase of growth for Siradel as an independent player, focused on accelerating its technological roadmap and strategic development.
