Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia Ouyang Yujing Attends China-Malaysia Youth Spring Festival Gala 2026

On February 8, H.E. Ambassador Ouyang Yujing attended and delivered remarks at the China-Malaysia Youth Spring Festival Gala 2026, hosted by the China Students and Scholars Association in Malaysia. The gala gathered over a thousand guests, including representatives from Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, Malaysia-China Friendship Association, Chinese enterprises in Malaysia, and various sectors, as well as Chinese international students in Malaysia.

Ambassador Ouyang extended Chinese New Year greetings to everyone present and the youths of China and Malaysia. He said that in 2025, China-Malaysia relations deepened, political mutual trust strengthened, economic and trade cooperation fruitful, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges increased, creating great development opportunities for the two countries' youths.

Ambassador Ouyang hopes that the youth will strive to be inheritors of China-Malaysia friendship, participants of pragmatic cooperation, promoters of mutual learning among civilizations, and dream chasers in their endeavours, so as to contribute youth wisdom and strength to building a high-level strategic China-Malaysia community with a shared future. The Embassy will, as always, look after Chinese international students in Malaysia, doing its utmost to provide services and protection as it continues to build platforms for youth exchanges and cooperation.
