Sonata Vero Beach and Sonata Boca Raton trade in recent sale
MIAMI, Oct. 9, 2025- JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged the sale of Sonata Vero Beach and Sonata Boca Raton, two seniors housing communities totalling 178 units in premier southeast coastal Florida markets.
JLL's Seniors Housing Capital Markets team represented the seller, funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group. Agewell Solvere Living will remain the operator at both communities.
Both the Vero Beach and Boca Raton markets boast dense populations with an average net worth for residents aged 75 and older in excess of $3 million. Additionally, both markets are expected to see the 75 and older cohort with a household income of more than $100,000 grow by more than 36% and 40%, respectively, over the next five years.
