Yard Waste Pickup Reminder

Fall cleanup season is here, and we want to remind all residents of our bulk yard waste pickup guidelines to ensure smooth collection for everyone. As many of you are tackling yard cleanup projects in preparation for winter, please remember that Rumpke can only collect 3 bulk items per pickup day per the terms of our service agreement. Here's the best way to prepare for pickup. If you have room in your waste cart, place yard waste there first before setting out bulk items. Once your cart is full, you can then place up to 3 additional bags of yard waste at the curb for pickup. This approach helps ensure all your waste is collected and keeps Rumpke's pickup routes running smoothly. We want to emphasize that putting out excessive bags slows down collection routes and means some items won't be picked up. By using your cart first and limiting bulk items to 3 bags, you help Rumpke serve our community more efficiently.
