Ngày 31/12, tại Hà Nội, Viện Văn hóa, Nghệ thuật, Thể thao và Du lịch Việt Nam (VICAST) tổ chức Hội thảo khoa học "Nghiên cứu cơ chế tự chủ của các đoàn nghệ thuật" nhằm tháo gỡ những vướng mắc và rào cản trong quá trình vận hành của các đơn vị nghệ thuật biểu diễn.
