The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York will be closed at both locations on Monday, February 23, 2026 due to inclement weather.
Remote proceedings will continue and the ECF system will be available. The Clerk's Office staff will also be available remotely.
If you need to submit papers to the Court, Please refer to Local Bankruptcy Rule 5001-2 for instructions on after hours filing.
