CenterPoint Energy Launches “Facts Matter” Website to Help Customers and Public Stay Informed About Key Actions and Services

New site will provide greater clarity on topics ranging from grid resiliency to rates, and from CenterPoint's investment in its infrastructure to customer bills

Houston - Sept. 18, 2024 -As part of an overall commitment to transparency and to help keep customers and the public informed, CenterPoint Energy announced the launch of a new informational website,CenterPointEnergy.com/FactsMatter. The new website will provide customers, stakeholders and the general public with facts about the company, its actions and its services across a wide range of important topics, including CenterPoint's investment in the grid, the steps it is taking to strengthen resiliency, customer rates and the company's commitment to customer affordability.

As a company, we are committed to communicating what we do, our priorities and our actions, as well as addressing many of the important topics and issues that matter to our customers and stakeholders. The new "Facts Matter" site will address many of the questions customers have raised in the open houses CenterPoint is conducting throughout the Greater Houston area, as well as other customer forums. Topics covered on the site include:​
