POWER COST EQUALIZATION DATA MODELING
RFI 08 270000001 1 https://iris-vss.alaska.gov The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (Commission) seeks a contractor to develop standardized, configurable utility data models that will facilitate timely and accurate reviewing and calculating of Power Cost Equalization (PCE) levels across regulated and non-regulated rural electric utilities. The work will include establishing sustainable procedures and secure access systems, to ensure accurate, timely annual non-fuel and periodic fuel cost calculations for all participating utilities. These services will streamline the Commissions PCE review and approval process, improve data reliability, and strengthen internal controls.
