Coastal States Bank Announces Jackson Schilling as Mortgage Loan Officer
July 27, 2026Hilton Head Island, S.C. - Coastal States Bank ("CSB") announced that Jackson Schilling is joining the bank's Coastal States Mortgage team as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Schilling will provide mortgage lending services at the bank's Sun City branch located at 32 William Pope Drive in Okatie.

A Hilton Head Island native, Schilling will bring expert guidance, responsive service and local relationships to Lowcountry homebuyers throughout the mortgage lending process. Through Coastal States Mortgage's extensive home lending solutions, Schilling will offer a range of mortgage options, including fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages, jumbo loans, VA loans, FHA loans, USDA loans condominium financing and refinancing.
