Juneau Residents Asked to Move Downtown Vehicles for Snow Removal

March 10, 2026 - FYI

The City and Borough of Juneau Streets and Fleets division asks Juneau residents to relocate vehicles in downtown from the following areas by 11 p.m. today, March 10 for snow removal:

  • Fourth Street (Franklin Street to Gold Street)
  • Main Street (Seventh Street to Fourth Street)

Vehicle owners should also follow parking hours listed on signs at the following areas:

  • Main Street (Egan Drive to Fourth Street)
  • Heritage Way (Egan Drive to Front Street)
  • Seward Street (Front Street to Fourth Street)
  • N. Franklin Street (Front Street to Fourth Street)
  • Fourth Street (N. Franklin Street to Main Street)

Vehicles not moved at time of snow removal will be towed to the Whittier parking lot.

Streets and Fleets will also be removing center snow berms from Glacier Avenue (Ross Way to W. Eighth Street) and W. Tenth Street (Egan to Glacier Avenue).
