West Washington Street and South Eugene Street Closures Set for March 24

Beginning Tuesday, March 24, the following streets will have occasional lane closures and delays from 9 pm to 7 am the following morning due to emergency water line repairs.

  • The eastbound lanes of West Washington Street, from South Eugene Street to Federal Place
  • The northbound lanes of South Eugene Street, from West McGee Street to West Washington Street

See the map below for locations. Signs and traffic cones will be in place and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid the area. Dates and times may change due to weather or last-minute changes in the work schedule.

If you notice discoloration or cloudy water coming from your tap after the repairs, run cold water for a few minutes through a faucet without an aerator, such as an outside spigot or the bathtub, until clear.
