ESMA is organising a public hearing on the consultation regarding guarantees as CCP collateral and certain aspects of CCP investment policy. The hearing will take place on 23 April 2026 between 9:30 and 12:30 (Paris time) in hybrid mode and will be recorded. By registering, participants consent to the recording of the hearing.
