Hope Valley Barracks

On Saturday, January 11, 2024 at 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Emil Adrian Gonzalez Monterroso, Age 23, of 99 Legion Way, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 2) Giving False Documents to Public Officials. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Kingstown Road in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Gonzalez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth District Court date.

On Saturday, January 11, 2024 at 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Marco Carranza Torres, Age 26, of 99 Legion Way, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 2) Giving False Documents to Public Officials. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Kingstown Road in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Carranza was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth District Court date.
