Participants needed for spiritual wellness study

People who currently work or reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, are 25 years or older and who identify as Black/African American are encouraged to participate in a four-week wellness program targeting spirituality.

The program targets the four pillars of spirituality: Purpose and Meaning, Self-Knowledge, Interconnectedness and Transcendence. Sessions are one hour and will take place at a community hub - Thrive on King (2153 N Doctor M.L.K. Jr. Dr.). Participants will have a chance to win a gift card.
