Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has received an application for the following:

APPLICANT: Marvin and Annette Bellamy

PROJECT NAME: ADL 230315

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Halibut Cove, AK

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 6, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, Seward Meridian, AK.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested approval of a private non-exclusive easement for a pre-existing buried waterline that is approximately 2,000 feet long and 10 feet wide, totaling approximately 0.48 acres, more or less, over state-owned, DMLW managed tidelands. The purpose of the proposed easement is to authorize the existing waterline which provides fresh water to multiple private parcels.

The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.

REQUESTED TERM: Unspecified

DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: June 29, 2026

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made. To ensure consideration, written comments or emails must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 on or before the date noted above.
