What We Did:

The objective of this audit was to determine whether Army contracting officials properly administered noncompetitive contracts in support of the Ukraine response in accordance with Federal, DoD, and Army regulations and guidance.

This report is the second of two reports on the Army's award and administration of noncompetitive contracts in support of the Ukraine response. The first report focused on the award of the contracts. This report addresses the administration of the contracts.
