New Brunswick Recreation Invites the Community to Spring Open House
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (March 16, 2026) - New Brunswick Recreation is opening its doors for a vibrant spring open house on March 19. Residents are encouraged to stop by 411 Joyce Kilmer Ave. from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. to explore the facility, meet the staff, and learn about the diverse range of programming available for the upcoming season.
The evening offers a firsthand look at membership benefits for both teens and adults. Guests can tour the Fitness Center, available to those 18 and older, which features weight equipment, cardio machines, and a dance studio. Teens aged 13 and up can check out the Teen Center, a free resource equipped with a computer lab, media room, and game room.
For those focused on exercise, the event features a sampling of fitness programs:
- 4:30 to 5 p.m. Pilates
- 5 to 5:30 p.m. Boot Camp
- 5:30 to 6 p.m. Step Class
In addition to fitness demonstrations, attendees can enjoy a coffee bar, light refreshments, and music while learning about youth recreation programs and opportunities for community involvement.
