Celebrating the Next Generation: Meet the 2026 Bimbo Canada Scholarship Recipients

At Bimbo Canada, supporting our associates means supporting the families and communities that stand behind them. That is what makes the Bimbo Canada Scholarship Program so meaningful. Now in its fourth year, the program helps children and dependents of our associates take the next step in their education, and celebrates the effort, ambition and promise they bring to the future.

This year, from 55 applications across the country, 10 students have been selected to receive a $2,500 USD scholarship to support their post-secondary studies at university, college, CEGEP or in a vocational program.

These recipients are students with ambition, heart and purpose. They are working hard, dreaming big and building what comes next, and we are proud to recognize them as part of our extended Bimbo Canada family.

This year's recipients are (Name | Parent | Location)

  • Annie Xiang | Lian Su | Calgary, Alberta

Recipients were selected through an independent review process led by Scholarship America, based on academic performance, leadership, community involvement and personal impact.

"This program matters because it reaches beyond the workplace and into the lives of our associates' families. Every application represents a student working toward their future and a family standing behind them. We are proud to celebrate these recipients, and proud to support the next generation as they take this important step forward." - Marie-Ève Royer, President, Bimbo Canada

While we celebrate this year's recipients, we also recognize every student who applied. Each application reflected effort, courage and belief in what is possible. That matters.

Through this program, we are helping open doors for associates' families and investing in the next generation of leaders, skilled workers, community builders and change-makers. It is one practical way we live our purpose to nourish a better world.

Congratulations to our 2026 scholarship recipients and their families. Your hard work is worth celebrating, and we are proud to be part of your journey.
