May 27, 2026 - This Wednesday (27), Netflix released an exclusive behind-the-scenes video for Brazil '70: The Third Star , the upcoming miniseries premiering on May 29. The featurette offers a closer look at the recreation of the world surrounding Brazil's 1970 national team and shows how the cast and production brought to life one of the most emblematic chapters in football history: Brazil's journey to winning its third World Cup title in Mexico. Filmed between Brazil and Mexico, the production invested in a meticulous reconstruction of the era - from the sets to the atmosphere of the matches - to capture the intensity of the historic campaign. In the behind-the-scenes footage, the cast shares details about the process of preparing to portray legendary figures from Brazilian football: Lucas Agrícola stars as Pelé, while Rodrigo Santoro and Bruno Mazzeo portray coaches João Saldanha and Zagallo, respectively.
