Pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law sections 3-0301, 11-0303, 11-1301 and 11-1303, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) hereby gives notice of the following:

Notice of Adoption to amend 6 NYCRR section 10.3. This notice will be published in issue 3 of the State Register, dated January 22, 2025. These amendments modify trout angling regulations on select streams.
