Pay Your Water Bill Through My Water Report

Online bill pay is now available in Contra Costa Water District's customer portal My Water Report. This one-stop shop for managing your account will make it easy to pay bills, track water usage, and stay informed all in one place. View the changes below based on your account type.

Paymentus Users Enrolled in AutoPay

  • No action is required unless you need to update your payment information. Your wallet and payment settings have transferred automatically.
  • We encourage you to register with My Water Report to take full advantage of its features, including tracking your water use, setting high-use alerts, and updating your payment information.

Paymentus Users Not Enrolled in AutoPay

Paperless Bill Customers

  • Sign up for My Water Report, then navigate to Settings > Communication Preferences to select paperless billing to continue receiving your bills electronically.
  • Add us to your email contacts or safe sender list to ensure you receive your paperless bills without issue.
  • Note: If you unsubscribe from communications in My Water Report, you'll automatically receive paper bills.
