Governor Wes Moore to Deliver Commencement Address at Frostburg State University

Wes Moore, governor of Maryland, will serve as the keynote speaker for Frostburg State University's 168th Commencement on Thursday, May 21, during the College of Business, Engineering, Computing and Analytics along with the College of Humanities, Arts and Sciences ceremony at 2 p.m.

Moore, the 63rd governor of Maryland, will address members of FSU's Class of 2026 as they celebrate the culmination of their academic journeys.

"I am honored to join the Frostburg State University community to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Bobcats' 2026 graduating class," said Governor Wes Moore. "These future graduates embody the spirit of excellence and grit that define the State of Maryland, and their potential is our greatest asset. I look forward uplifting their accomplishments and witnessing how they lead our state toward a brighter future."
