SoftCo earns top quartile position in Hackett's benchmark across AP automation, supplier management, and multiple platform technologies.

The Fall 2026 SolutionMap evaluated a total of 122 procurement and finance technology providers across 16 source-to-pay categories, using more than 500 functional and capability criteria, mandatory product demonstrations and independently verified, anonymized customer value ratings.

In addition, the evaluation scored customer experience directly, through independent, anonymized customer reference interviews. SoftCo scored ahead of the highest-performing vendors in Hackett's benchmark on Customer Satisfaction Score, Expectations Met, and Handling Specific Needs. Customers interviewed also cited SoftCo's broader suite capability and modular functionality as differentiating factors.
