Columbia Police respond to shots fired during road rage incident on Grindstone Parkway

(COLUMBIA, MO)-

At approximately 3 p.m. on Sept. 9, Columbia Police responded to a shots fired call in the 1200 block of Grindstone Parkway that was the result of a road rage incident between two men.

Officers located property damage to one vehicle as a result of the gunfire, but there were no injuries reported. Officers arrested Arnold Ray Phillips, 77, of Fulton, on charges of first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.
