Village of Old Brookville - Royal Peninsula Subdivision

Positive Declaration

Nassau County - The Village of Old Brookville Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Royal Peninsula Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) must be prepared. The action involves the subdivision of a 129.19-acre parcel formerly known as a Cedarbrook Club, to support 31 single-family residential lots, a new roadway system accessed from Cedar Swamp Road, new utility infrastructure, and stormwater management as associated site improvements. The project is located at 32 Oak Lane in the Village of Old Brookville, New York.
