Request for Proposals: MWWTP Headworks UpgradePost Date:10/10/2025 6:00 AM NOTICE TO OFFERORS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 26-015 MWWTP HEADWORKS UPGRADE The Commissioners of Charles County are soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms for services on the Headworks Upgrade Project at the Mattawoman Wastewater Treatment Plant. Solicitation documents may be obtained on the County Bid Board located at https://www.CharlesCountyMD.gov. Click on "Business", and then "Bid Board - eProcurement". Small, local and minority business enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
