Lincoln Announces Tricia Moore as Executive Vice President, Asset Management

WASHINGTON, D.C. - August 11, 2026 - Lincoln Property Company ("Lincoln"), one of the nation's largest private real estate firms, today announced that Tricia Moore has joined the company as Executive Vice President, Asset Management. Based in Washington, D.C., Moore will lead asset management for Lincoln's Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing initiatives that drive portfolio performance, operational excellence and long-term value creation for clients and investors.

Moore brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning asset management, acquisitions and portfolio management. She joins Lincoln from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, where she served as Executive Director and oversaw a $4.5 billion portfolio of real estate assets across East Coast markets and multiple property types.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Moore held senior leadership positions with Spaulding & Slye Investments, Choice Hotels International, First Potomac Realty Trust and Goldman Sachs. Throughout her career, she has led asset management, acquisitions, investments and portfolio management initiatives across a variety of asset classes while helping execute major strategic transactions, including First Potomac Realty Trust's $1.4 billion disposition and merger with Government Properties Income Trust.

Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. She currently serves on the Executive Committee and as Treasurer of the Rosslyn Business Improvement District Board of Directors and is Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute Washington, D.C. NEXT Council.
