Spiffy Wins Third Annual MEMA Aftermarket Startup Challenge

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. - Spiffy was declared the 2025 MEMA Aftermarket Startup Challenge winner during the Aftermarket Technology Conference on October 6, 2025. Spiffy is a full-stack mobile service platform that equips auto shops, dealers and fleets to launch and scale mobile vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, car washes, detailing and more.

"Spiffy stood out in the MEMA Aftermarket Startup Challenge because it brings innovation to a very practical challenge: helping shops and fleets expand their business models through mobile service," said Chris Gardner, senior vice president of technology and programming at MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. "It's a smart, scalable solution that aligns perfectly with where the industry is headed."

The MASC competition took place during the Aftermarket Technology Conference, where Spiffy and four other innovative startups presented their pitches to an audience of aftermarket industry professionals. The audience voted in real-time to select Spiffy, which provides the software, vans, devices and playbooks to help organizations launch fast, operate efficiently and grow fixed ops. The other finalists included Elm Park Labs Inc., Markit, Rhea's Factory and RueData.

"We're thrilled that industry leaders see the potential in what we're building," said Connor Finnegan, chief of product and strategy at Spiffy. "This recognition reinforces that we're delivering real value to the aftermarket."
