MWRD President Kari K. Steele and Friends of the Chicago River Executive Director Margaret Frisbie share their perspectives on this vital waterway.

Participants leap in the Chicago River as part of The Big Jump on Sept. 18., raising funds for collaborative ALS research and local youth swim education.
